Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue for details of the goods we provide and their prices. Click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Basket” and “Continue to checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping and Handling

  • £3.00 Standard Delivery (4-5 working days) using Royal Mail 2nd Class postage
  • FREE Delivery on orders over £35.00

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage service.

We DO NOT deliver to shipping houses such as Aramex House.

If we are out of stock of any items you will be informed via email.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices quoted include VAT where appropriate.

Credit Card Security

All payments are handled by Stripe and we do not store your credit card details.

Governing Law

These terms of sale and the supply of any goods will be subject to English Law, and the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

Returns and Guarantee

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by post or e-mail giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been despatched/delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the UNUSED goods to us at your own cost. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST FOR RETURNS AUTHORISATION. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. The goods must be returned to:

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. This is providing goods have been returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods and providing they are in unused and undamaged condition. If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct cost of recovering the goods.

Should you find any fault with your goods then simply return them to us explaining the problem. We will then either rectify the matter or offer a full refund. While in your care we would expect you to look after the goods and return them to us either in the original packaging or other suitable material.
